All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or promotional events may require additional processing time due to increased order volume.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information whenever available.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Ragoasis currently ships to most countries worldwide.
If shipping services are unavailable in your region, you will be notified before your order is finalized.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
Typical delivery estimates:

• Canada: 6–14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details are generally provided within a few days after shipment.
Please allow carriers sufficient time to update tracking events after receiving your package.
Tracking updates may occasionally appear delayed while packages are in transit between logistics hubs.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise specified.
Ragoasis has no control over customs procedures or local government regulations.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.
Ragoasis is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing information, or customer input errors.
Additional shipping costs resulting from returned or redirected shipments may be charged to the customer.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery operations become the responsibility of the transportation provider.
If a package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact both the carrier and our support team for assistance.
Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages due to warehouse availability, inventory allocation, or logistical optimization.
Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges for split deliveries.
